Use your own domain

On a paid plan you can serve your store from your own web address (like tickets.yourdomain.com) and send emails from your own address. Add the domain in Settings → Domains, then add one DNS record and wait for it to verify.

By default your store lives at yourstore.zunaro.com. On a paid plan you can put it on your own web address instead — a full white label — and send buyer emails from your own domain too. Open Settings → Domains to set both up.

Before you start

Domains are owner-level infrastructure, so you need the Owner role. White label is part of paid plans; on the free plan the page shows an upgrade prompt and the cards are locked. You'll also need access to your domain provider's DNS settings (where you bought the domain). Adding a record there takes a few minutes but the change can take time to propagate before Zunaro can verify it.

Store domain

The Store domain card serves your ticket store on your own address, like tickets.yourdomain.com.

Type your subdomain (for example tickets.yourdomain.com) and choose Connect.
Zunaro shows a CNAME record. At your domain provider, add this DNS record — copy the target with one click.
Wait for verification. The status chip moves from Waiting for DNS to Verifying to Active. Once it's active, your store answers on your domain.

Email sender domain

The Email sender domain card lets receipts, tickets, and campaigns go out from your own address instead of the shared Zunaro sender.

Enter your mail domain (for example mail.yourdomain.com) and choose Connect.
Add the DNS records Zunaro lists at your domain provider — each has a copyable name and value.
Choose Verify now. When every record checks out, the status turns Active and buyer emails start sending from your address.

What connecting a domain changes

Once your store domain is Active, your storefront is served from it instead of your zunaro.com subdomain. Any embed snippet you copy automatically uses your custom domain too, and ad pixels attribute more accurately on your own domain. The Powered by Zunaro footer line is removed by the white-label plan that unlocks custom domains — it's tied to your plan, not to the domain going live, so it's gone across your store from the moment you upgrade.

If you ever remove a domain, your store falls back to your zunaro.com subdomain (and emails fall back to the shared sender) within about a minute. To change plans, see Manage your subscription.
