Manage your subscription

See your current plan, trial or renewal date, and every subscription payment with its invoice number under Settings → Billing. The Billing page is visible to the store owner only.

Your current plan

The Current plan card shows your plan name and where you stand:

  • Free trial until … with a Trial badge — you're on a trial that ends on that date.
  • Active until … — your paid period runs until that date; renewals push it forward.
  • Active — no expiry — your plan doesn't expire (typical for the free plan).
  • No plan selected — pick a plan to unlock paid features.

The View plans button takes you to the public pricing page, where you can start a trial or buy a plan — see Understand fees and plans.

Trial countdown in the sidebar

While you're on a trial, a card at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar shows your plan name, how many days are left (for example "9 days left", or "Trial ended" once it's over), a progress bar, and an Upgrade plan button that goes straight to the pricing page.

How buying and renewing works

When you buy a paid plan, you're sent to Stripe Checkout to pay by card — all major credit and debit cards are accepted, and Zunaro never sees or stores your card details. As soon as Stripe confirms the payment, your workspace is active and the payment appears in your history.

Paid subscriptions are recurring: Stripe charges your card automatically each month or year, and every successful renewal extends your Active until date by one billing period and adds a Renewal row with its own invoice number. You can cancel anytime — the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Payments and invoice history

The Payments & invoices table lists subscription payments and their invoice numbers, with columns Date, Type, Method, Invoice #, Status, and Amount.

  • Type: New subscription, Purchase, Upgrade, or Renewal.
  • Method: Card (Stripe), PayPal, or Recorded by Zunaro (a payment our team recorded manually — for example a bank transfer).
  • Status: Completed, Paid, Awaiting payment, Failed, or Cancelled.
