What is Ask Zunaro?

Ask Zunaro is the assistant built into your dashboard. Your home screen is a chat box — describe what you want in plain language and it looks things up and takes action on your store, with your permissions.

Your dashboard home is the chat. When you open Zunaro, you land on a single composer with the prompt Ask anything... — type what you want and press send. There is no separate "assistant" tab to find; the conversation is the starting point for running your store.

Ask Zunaro works on your store with your permissions. It reads your real events, venues, and sales — it never invents numbers — and every change it makes goes through the same rules as the rest of the dashboard. If your role can't do something in the menus, the assistant can't do it in chat either.

What you can ask it

Under the greeting, a few starter chips show what it handles. You can tap one or just type your own question. Common things people ask:

  • Create and launch events — describe an event ("a comedy night at The Basement on August 9th, 20 pounds") and it can build and publish it. See Create an event by chat.
  • Look up events and sales — try What's on sale right now? or Recap this week's sales. Results come back as tidy cards, not walls of text.
  • Get a shareable link — ask for an event's link or QR code and it returns the public storefront link buyers use (not the internal management link).
  • Run email campaigns — draft, preview, and send an email blast to an event's ticket buyers. See Manage campaigns by chat.

How it works with you

Ask Zunaro is built to keep you in control:

  • It asks, you pick. When there's a choice to make — which venue, which event, a date and capacity — it shows a tappable picker or a small form instead of making you type everything out.
  • Sensitive actions need your approval. Anything that changes your store or emails real people (updating an event, sending a campaign) shows an approval card first. Nothing happens until you select Approve.
  • It's honest about its limits. If there's no tool for what you asked — say, issuing a refund — it tells you plainly and points you to the right dashboard page rather than pretending it worked.

Finding past chats

Every conversation is saved. Give a chat a name by clicking its title, start a fresh one with New chat, and browse older ones from the sidebar. Your daily message allowance depends on your plan; a small meter sits inside the composer when a limit applies.
