Choose no refunds, or refunds until 24 hours before. Every player sees the rule before they pay, and a no-show has already paid, so there is nothing to chase afterwards.
Scan in at the hall.
Players arrive with a QR ticket. You or a co-organiser scan them in from any phone, and walk-ins paying cash at the door go into the same list.
