Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zunaro’s event-ticketing platform at zunaro.ai (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

The Service

Zunaro lets organizers create events, publish a storefront, and sell tickets, and lets attendees purchase those tickets. Zunaro provides the platform; organizers are solely responsible for their events, content, pricing, and fulfilment.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an organizer account.

Organizer responsibilities

• Ensuring events comply with all applicable laws and venue rules.
• Honoring the tickets you sell and your stated refund policy.
• Handling attendee personal data lawfully as an independent controller, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
• Providing accurate event, pricing, and tax information.

Fees and payments

Subscription plans and any ticketing or service fees are described at checkout or on our pricing page. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe); by transacting you also agree to their terms. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Sell tickets to events you are not authorized to organize.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Upload malicious code or infringe others’ intellectual property.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Zunaro and protected by law. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zunaro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to Zunaro in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in the UAE will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
