View your sales reports
Open Reports from the sidebar to see gross and net revenue, refunds, orders, tickets sold, and average order value for any date range, plus a revenue chart and a per-event breakdown.
Reports gives you an at-a-glance view of how your store is selling. In the dashboard sidebar, open the Insights group and click Reports. You land on a page of headline numbers, a revenue chart, and a table of sales broken down by event.
Choose a date range and channel
At the top of the page is a filter bar. Pick a date range: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or This month. Next to it, filter by sales channel: All channels, Online (your storefront), or Box office (sales taken at the door).
Every number, the chart, and the events table update together to match what you selected. The range and channel are saved in the page address, so you can bookmark a view or share the link with a teammate.
Read the headline numbers
Six cards summarise the selected period:
- Gross revenue — total taken on orders in the period, including fees, taxes, and surcharges.
- Net revenue — gross minus refunds.
- Refunds — total refunded on those orders.
- Orders — number of orders placed.
- Tickets sold — tickets that still hold value (excludes refunded tickets).
- Avg. order value — gross revenue divided by the number of orders.
See the trend and the per-event split
Below the cards, the Revenue over time chart plots gross revenue across the period so you can spot peaks and quiet spells. Hover any point to read the exact amount.
The Sales by event table lists each event with columns for Tickets, Gross, Refunds, and Net, sorted by gross revenue so your top sellers sit at the top.
Drill into individual orders
For the order-by-order detail behind these totals, click View transactions in the top-right corner. That opens the transactions list, where you can search orders and download a CSV. See Export your transactions.
