Recover abandoned checkouts automatically
On paid plans, Zunaro's AI Sales Recovery emails buyers who abandoned a cart or left a pay-later reservation unpaid — once per checkout, automatically. Orders that come back within 7 days count as recovered, and Zunaro's performance fee is 2% of those recovered sales only. No recovery, no fee.
There is nothing to switch on. If your store is on a paid plan, Zunaro watches for two moments where a sale usually dies and follows up for you — politely, and at most once per checkout.
What triggers a recovery email
- An abandoned cart. A buyer added tickets on your storefront, chose email delivery, and let the cart expire without paying. About half an hour after the cart expires, Zunaro emails them that their tickets are still available, with a button back to your store. Carts where the buyer never entered an email can't be followed up — there is no one to write to.
- An unpaid reservation. A buyer placed a "reserve now, pay at the venue" order and hasn't paid after a day. Zunaro sends a reminder with the reservation number so the tickets don't quietly lapse.
Each follow-up is written for the show in question — it names the event, and it's composed in your store's language rather than pulled from a fixed template. If the writing service is briefly unavailable the email still goes out, using standard wording, so a buyer is never left un-nudged.
The follow-up sweep runs every 15 minutes. Each cart or reservation is nudged once, ever — buyers never get a drip sequence, and anyone marked Do not contact in your Contacts is skipped entirely. Every recovery email is sent under your store's name and carries an unsubscribe link.
How Zunaro decides a sale was "recovered"
Every follow-up is recorded — which cart or reservation, which buyer email, and when it was sent. A sale counts as recovered when:
- the same buyer email completes an order at your store within 7 days of the follow-up, or
- the reminded reservation itself gets paid.
Each recovered order is matched to exactly one follow-up and recorded once — the ledger keeps the order, the email, the timestamps, and the amounts, so every recovered sale is traceable end to end.
What the performance fee is
The performance fee is 2% of the recovered ticket revenue — the ticket money you keep, excluding Zunaro's own booking-fee lines. It applies only to orders recovered as described above and is billed together with your monthly Zunaro fees.
What it costs on the Free plan
Nothing happens: recovery follow-ups are part of the paid plans. On the Free plan, expired carts and unpaid reservations simply lapse, and no performance fee ever applies.
