Understand fees and plans
Zunaro charges two separate things — a subscription plan for your workspace, and a per-paid-ticket fee on events. You choose whether to absorb the ticket fee or add it to the ticket price.
There are two separate costs to know about: your subscription plan (what your Zunaro workspace costs) and the per-paid-ticket Zunaro fee (set per event, billed monthly). Ticket money itself goes to you — see how you get paid.
Subscription plans
Plans live on the public pricing page at /pricing — also reachable from View plans on your Billing page. Three plans are offered:
- Free — for trying Zunaro and your first small events. Includes your online storefront on your subdomain, unlimited events and performances, offline and pay-later orders, and community support.
- Standard — for organizers selling tickets regularly. Adds online card payments via Stripe, discounts, surcharges and taxes, access codes and ticket holds, box office sales, and email support.
- Premium — for teams running large or frequent events. Adds multiple venues and advanced holds, waitlists and sales recovery, promoter and marketing tools, and priority support.
Use the Billing period toggle to compare Monthly and Annual prices — pay yearly and get 2 months free. Prices are in USD.
Free trial or buy now
Paid plans include a free trial (currently 14 days) — Start 14-day free trial requires no credit card, and you get the full plan from day one. Prefer to skip the trial? Use the Buy now link to pay by card immediately through Stripe Checkout.
You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
The per-paid-ticket Zunaro fee
Each event has a Billing tab inside its Pricing section. It shows your fee — for example: "Zunaro fee is $0.50 for each paid ticket. You will receive a bill at the end of the month." The fee can be a fixed amount, a percentage, or both, and it only applies to paid tickets — free tickets cost nothing.
Absorb it or pass it on
Right below the fee, the Billing tab asks: Would you like to cover this cost by adding it to the ticket price?
- Yes — the fee is added on top of your ticket price, so buyers cover it.
- No — you absorb the fee; buyers pay exactly the price you set.
The choice saves automatically — there's no save button.
