Create an event by chat

Describe your event to Ask Zunaro and it builds a sellable event for you — venue, an on-sale date, and a ticket price — then hands back the live storefront link. Finish the extra touches in the wizard.

From your dashboard home, just describe the event. Something like "Launch a jazz night at The Blue Room on Friday the 15th at 8pm, 60 seats, tickets 25" is enough for Ask Zunaro to create it, publish it, and give you the public link buyers can use. If you leave details out, it asks for them one at a time — often with a tappable picker or a small form rather than making you type everything.

The fastest route is the Create an event chip under the greeting, or the Launch your first event button if your store is brand new.

What the assistant collects

To publish an event in one go, Ask Zunaro gathers a short list of essentials:

  • Title — the name buyers see.
  • Kind — the type of event (concert, theatre, festival, conference, sports, workshop, or other). It uses this to pick a category for you.
  • When — the date and start time. It fills in an end time and the correct timezone automatically.
  • Where — an in-person venue name, or online.
  • Capacity — how many tickets are available.
  • Price — free, or a single ticket price.

With those, it creates the venue, adds a published performance with online sales switched on, and sets up one ticket type — then returns the live storefront link.

  1. Open your dashboard and type a description of the event (or tap Create an event).

  2. Answer any follow-up prompts. When it offers choices — a venue, or free versus paid — tap your pick; when it needs several values at once, fill the small inline form.

  3. When it finishes, it confirms the event is live and gives you the storefront link. Open it and buy a test ticket the way a customer would.

What you finish in the wizard

The chat gets you a complete, sellable event fast — one venue, one date, one ticket type. For anything richer, the assistant creates the event and shares its wizard link so you can carry on by hand. Use the wizard for:

  • More dates — additional performances for a multi-night run.
  • Reserved seating — a seating chart with assigned seats (chat launches general-admission events; reserved seating is built in the wizard).
  • Extra ticket types — VIP, Student, early-bird tiers and promo codes.
  • Surcharges, taxes, refund policy, and branding.
