Manage email campaigns by chat

Ask Zunaro can draft, preview, and send an email blast to an event's ticket buyers — and nothing goes out until you approve it. Reach the right people, see the email first, then send now or schedule it.

You can run a one-off email campaign entirely from the dashboard chat. Ask something like "Email everyone who bought tickets to Friday's show a reminder" and Ask Zunaro walks the whole flow: it checks who the email reaches, drafts the message, shows you exactly how it will look, and only sends after you say yes.

Campaigns from chat reach an event's buyers — people who already purchased tickets — so start by telling the assistant which event.

The flow, step by step

Ask Zunaro follows a safe order and shows you each result as a card before moving on:

  1. Check the audience. It runs a dry run first and shows an Audience card — how many buyers there are and how many will actually receive the email after unsubscribes are removed. No email is sent at this stage.

  2. Draft the message. It writes a subject and body. You can ask for changes in plain language, and use a first-name placeholder so each email greets the recipient by name.

  3. Preview the email. It renders an Email preview card showing the real subject and styled message, so you see what buyers will get before anything goes out.

  4. Send a test (optional). Ask it to send one test copy to your own address first — this doesn't count toward your daily send limit.

  5. Send or schedule. Choose to send right away, or schedule it for a specific time or a set number of hours before the show.

Nothing sends without your approval

Sending real emails is gated. When you ask Ask Zunaro to send or schedule, it shows an approval card — Send this email to attendees now? or Schedule this email? — and waits. The emails only go out when you select Approve; choose Deny and nothing happens.

Checking results and other actions

Once a campaign has gone out, ask "How did that email do?" and Ask Zunaro reports how many were sent, opened, and clicked, plus the orders and revenue it drove. Each result card includes an Open in dashboard link to the full campaign view.

It can also:

  • List an event's campaigns — every blast for a show, with results.
  • Cancel a scheduled send — pending emails that haven't gone out yet (it can't un-send emails already delivered).
  • Unsubscribe someone — stop all further marketing emails to a specific address.
  • Pause or resume automated flows — the multi-step campaigns built in the dashboard's campaign builder.
