This Privacy Policy explains how Zunaro (“Zunaro”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our event-ticketing platform at zunaro.ai, including the organizer dashboard, storefronts, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

Who this applies to

Zunaro serves two groups: organizers who create an account to publish events and sell tickets, and attendeeswho buy tickets through an organizer’s storefront. This policy covers both. Organizers are independent controllers of the attendee data they collect through their events; Zunaro processes that data on their behalf.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up — directly or via Google sign-in — we receive your name, email address, and (for social sign-in) your Google profile basics and a verified email.
• Organization data. Organizer and store details, events, venues, pricing, and team members you add.
• Order & attendee data. Names, email addresses, contact numbers, and order details captured at checkout, plus the tickets issued.
• Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; we retain limited transaction metadata needed for orders, refunds, and accounting.
• Usage & device data. Log data, IP address, browser type, and cookies used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account.
• To process orders, issue tickets, and handle refunds.
• To authenticate you, including through Google sign-in.
• To send transactional messages (receipts, ticket delivery, account notices).
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud and abuse.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Organizers. Attendee and order data is shared with the organizer whose event the attendee purchased from.
• Service providers. Payment processors, hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
• Legal. When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your shopping cart, plus limited analytics cookies to understand and improve usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
