Export your transactions

Open the transactions list from Reports to see every order in a date range, search by order number, name, or email, and download the results as a CSV for accounting or reconciliation.

The transactions list is the order-by-order detail behind your sales totals, with a one-click CSV export for spreadsheets or accounting. Open Reports from the Insights group in the sidebar, then click View transactions in the top-right corner. To go back, use Back to reports.

The same filter bar as the main report sits at the top: pick a date range (Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month) and a channel (All channels, Online, or Box office). The list shows orders placed in that window, newest first.

Use the search box to narrow the list by order number, buyer name, or email. Search filters the rows on screen instantly.

What the columns mean

  • Order — the order reference number.
  • Date — when the order was placed.
  • Buyer — the buyer's name and email.
  • ChannelOnline (storefront) or Box office (sold at the door).
  • Status — the order's current state, such as placed, fulfilled, refunded, or disputed.
  • Tickets — number of tickets on the order that still hold value (refunded tickets are not counted).
  • Total — the order total the buyer paid, including fees, taxes, and surcharges.
  • Payment — how it was paid, for example card, cash, or check.

Download the CSV

Click Export CSV to download a file of the orders currently in view. The export respects your search — if you've typed a search term, only the matching rows are included; clear the box first to export the whole period.

The CSV columns are: Order No, Date, Buyer, Email, Channel, Status, Tickets, Currency, and Total. The Total column is a plain number in the order's currency, ready to sum in a spreadsheet.

Reconciling the numbers

Totals here are what buyers paid, so they include the buyer-facing service fee, taxes, and surcharges — not the amount that reaches your bank. To understand the difference between gross sales and your payout, read Fees and plans explained. To act on a single order, such as issuing a refund, open it from Manage orders.
