Set up your store quickly

Go from sign up to a live, branded store with a drafted first event in under five minutes. Everything is skippable, nothing publishes until you say so, and a launchpad on your dashboard remembers what's left.

Zunaro's signup is generate-first: you build a real, branded store and a first event before you touch a settings menu. The flow is three short steps — brand, first event, then a reveal screen that shows your store going live — and every step has Skip for now. Nothing is lost when you skip; it just becomes a task the dashboard keeps track of for you.

You can be looking at your store address and QR code in under five minutes, and publish when you're ready.

Before the three steps: one intent screen

Right after you create your account, you land on a single screen that asks for three things:

  • Your store name — the public name buyers see. Your store address (the yourstore.zunaro.com subdomain) is filled in from it automatically, and you can edit it.
  • What do you host? Pick all that apply — multi-select chips (Concerts, Theatre, Festivals, Conferences, Sports, Workshops). Pick whatever fits; Zunaro uses this to pre-answer the kind question later and seed sensible categories.
  • Got a website or Instagram? — optional. If you paste a URL here, the next step pulls your logo and colors from it automatically.

Choose Create organization to continue. Paid plans detour through checkout; everyone else starts free.

Step 1: Make it yours

The first step is titled Make it yours — Zunaro pulls your logo and colors so your store looks like you, and you can skip anytime.

If you gave a website or Instagram URL on the previous screen, the analysis starts itself. Otherwise paste a URL and choose Analyze. You'll see honest progress lines while Zunaro reads the page — fetching the site, finding your logo, picking colors, writing a short about line.

When it finishes, you get a proposal showing exactly what was extracted:

  • your logo
  • a brand color (shown as a hex swatch)
  • a font
  • a short about line

Review it, then choose Apply and continue. Prefer to brand later? Choose Skip for now — your store gets a default theme, and Brand your store tops the launchpad.

Step 2: Your first event

The second step is titled Your first event. One sentence is enough — Zunaro drafts it, you confirm every detail, and nothing publishes yet.

You have two ways in:

  • Draft it for me — type one sentence under Tell Zunaro about your first event (for example, "Oud Nights at Dubai Opera — Aug 21, doors 7pm, tickets from AED 150"), and Zunaro prefills the questions below. You still confirm every field before anything goes live.
  • I'll fill it in myself — start blank and answer each question.

Either path lands in the same short set of questions:

  1. What's your event called? — the title buyers see first.
  2. What kind of event is it? — pre-answered from your signup chips; pick another or name your own.
  3. When does it start? — one date and time now; you can add more performances later.
  4. Where is it?In person with a venue name, or Online.
  5. How do people sit?General admission (no assigned seats) or Reserved seats (you'll design the seat map next).
  6. How much is a ticket?Free or Paid with a price.
  7. How many tickets? — capacity (100 if you skip).

Choose Create my event. It's saved as a draft — you publish on the next screen.

Step 3: Your store is ready

The last screen is titled Your store is ready. This is the aha moment — your branded store, assembled live, at its own address.

You see:

  • Your store identity — logo (or a colored tile with your initial), your store name, your live address (yourstore.zunaro.com), a Copy link button, and a QR code for the store.
  • Your drafted event — title, date and time, venue, and a Free badge if it's free, with a Draft badge showing it isn't public yet.
  • Your next action — one primary button, not a wall of options.

What that primary button is depends on your event:

  • General admissionPublish event puts it live on your store right now.
  • Reserved seatingDesign your seat map takes you to the seat-map designer; the event stays a draft until a chart exists.
  • Already publishedView your event opens the public page.

And two always-available choices: View your store opens your storefront in a new tab, and Go to dashboard takes you to the home screen where the launchpad is waiting.

The dashboard launchpad

Back on your dashboard, a card titled Get set up tracks six milestones in order. Each one auto-completes the moment you do the real thing in the product — there's nothing to check off by hand:

  1. Brand your store — reached when you save branding.
  2. Create your first event — reached when an event draft exists.
  3. Add a ticket type — reached when a ticket type is added.
  4. Publish your event — reached when a performance goes live.
  5. Connect payouts — reached when your payout account is set up.
  6. Make your first sale — reached when your first order comes in.

Each open item has two ways to act on it:

  • A Do it button that drops you on the right page (Branding, Events, or Payments). For Make your first sale, it opens your public storefront so you can share it.
  • An Ask Zunaro handoff that opens the assistant with a pre-written request for that milestone, so the assistant can do it for you.

A progress line shows how many of the six are done. Use Hide to dismiss the card if it's in your way, and the launchpad disappears for good once every milestone is reached.

Two gates, both at publish

Two things only matter when you publish — not when you sign in or build:

  • Email verification is a publish gate, not a login gate. You can sign in and complete the whole flow with an unverified email. When you choose Publish event, Zunaro asks you to verify first — check your inbox for the confirmation link we sent when you signed up — and only then does the event go live.
  • Payouts are decoupled from publishing. You can publish a paid event before payouts are connected; buyers just can't pay until you connect. Free events sell with no payment setup at all. Connect payouts whenever you're ready — it's the Connect payouts milestone on the launchpad.

Skip and come back

Everything you enter is saved as you go, so skipping is never a dead end — it just turns a step into a launchpad item. Close the tab, come back tomorrow, and the launchpad resumes at the first thing left to do. Onboarding is something you can pause, not a wizard you can get trapped in.

Next, take the full event wizard end-to-end in Create your first event, or theme every surface buyers see in Brand your store.
