Get a refund

Refunds are decided and issued by the event's organizer under the refund policy shown at checkout. Contact them through their store with your order number — card and PayPal refunds usually take a few days to reach you after the organizer issues them.

Your tickets were purchased from the event's organizer, not from Zunaro — so refunds are handled by the organizer, under the Refund policy shown on the event page, at checkout, and on your order confirmation.

Check the refund policy first

Every event states its own policy. It will be one of these:

  • Refundable until a deadline — for example "Refundable until 7 days before the event" (or "until the event starts"). Inside that window, you can expect a refund on request.
  • "All sales final." — the organizer doesn't offer refunds. They may still make exceptions (for example if the event is cancelled), but that's their call.
  • A custom policy — the organizer's own wording, shown in full at checkout.

If no policy is shown for your event, refunds are at the organizer's discretion — just ask.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Find your order number. It looks like ZNR-XXXXXXXX and is on your confirmation page and email. If you've lost it, see Find your order.

  2. Contact the organizer through their store. Open the store where you bought the tickets and use the Contact us form (in the store footer). Include your order number, the email you used at checkout, and which tickets you want refunded.

  3. Wait for the organizer's reply. They review the request against their policy and issue the refund from their side.

When the money arrives

  • Card payments — once the organizer issues the refund, it's sent to the payment provider and may take a few days to appear back on your card, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal — same: the refund is sent to PayPal and may take a few days to reach your account.
  • Reserved (pay at the venue) orders — if you never paid, there's nothing to refund; ask the organizer to cancel the reservation instead.

If you don't hear back

The organizer is your point of contact for refunds, and response times vary by store. Send a follow-up through the same contact form, and keep your order number in every message so they can find your purchase quickly.
