Buy tickets

Pick a date, choose your tickets, and check out as a guest — no account needed. Your tickets are held in the cart while you check out, and you pay by card, PayPal, or at the venue, depending on what the organizer offers.

You buy tickets directly on the organizer's store (for example theirstore.zunaro.com). Open the event, select Get tickets, pick a date, choose your quantities, and check out. You're buying from the event's organizer — Zunaro powers their store.

From event page to cart

Pick a performance. Events with several dates show a date picker — choose the one you want.
Choose quantities. Use the plus and minus buttons next to each ticket type. Some events set a minimum or maximum per order, and you may see a warning like "Only 3 tickets left" when a type is nearly gone.
Select Add to cart, then View cart to review your order.

Codes and discounts

Access codes unlock hidden or reserved tickets on the event page. If a ticket row says Requires an access code, open Have an access code?, enter your code, and select Unlock.
Promo codes reduce the price in the cart. Open Have a promo code?, enter the code, and select Apply. Some discounts are applied automatically — the cart tells you when that happens.

Depending on the tickets, the cart may also ask you to choose a delivery method — Print at home or Email — before you can continue.

Checkout and payment

Select Proceed to checkout and fill in Your details: First name, Last name, Email, and optionally a phone number. Your order confirmation and tickets go to that email address, so double-check it.

Under Payment you'll see the options this organizer offers — not every store has all of them:

Pay by card — secure card payment (Visa, Mastercard, and more).
PayPal — you're sent to PayPal to approve the payment, then brought back.
Reserve now, pay at the venue — no payment now; your tickets are reserved and you pay when you arrive.

Select Place order (or Pay now for card, Continue to PayPal for PayPal) to finish.

After you order

The confirmation page shows your order number (it looks like ZNR-XXXXXXXX) and the order status. From there you can also:

Add to calendar — downloads a calendar file (.ics) for the event.
Check the refund policy shown for your event.
