Find your order

Look up an order you placed on any Zunaro-powered store using your order number and the email you used at checkout — no account needed.

To find your order, go to the store where you bought your tickets and open the Find your order page (linked from your order confirmation, or directly at /orders/lookup on the store's address). Enter your Order number and Email, then select Find order.

What you'll need

  1. Your order number — it looks like ZNR-XXXXXXXX and was shown on the confirmation page when you completed checkout.

  2. Your checkout email — the exact email address you entered when buying. Both must match the order.

The lookup shows your order's status, tickets, total, and when it was placed. If you reserved with "pay at the venue", it also shows how much is still outstanding.

Lost your order number?

Contact the event organizer through their store's contact form — they can find your order using your email address. Include the event name and the approximate purchase date to speed things up.

Need a refund or a change?

Refunds are handled by the event organizer under their refund policy (shown at checkout and on your order confirmation). Reach out to them via their store's contact form with your order number.
